H. Cemre Günay is an Consultant with 8 years of experience. He is responsible for technical designs and implementation standards.

I am currently working as a Consultant at Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in Germany. At customers as well as in my HomeLab I mainly deal with the following topics; generally Datacenter and Software Defined Datacenter – SDDC (VMware Cloud Foudation – VCF) as well as End User Computing (VMware Horizon), Automation (VMware Aria (formally vRealize) Automation) and Container Technologies (VMware vSphere with Tanzu).

the idea with this website came up. The intention of this website is not commercial at all. I want to share my realized projects in my home lab and just things that I encounter in the big wide world of IT and that I consider worth mentioning as well as articles that I don’t want to search the internet for anymore are recorded here.

In 2022, I was named a VMware vExpert for the first time. Again, I owe my thanks to my mentors Marc Huppert and Daniel Simelka. Another special event, I was chosen by Dell Technologies to be the Funded Head for their product lines. The year 2022 is truly one of the most instructive years of my life.

In 2023 I was again selected as vExpert and additionally nominated as Avi Expert. As a very special highlight, I received my promotion to Consultant in May.

The year 2024 has started perfectly, I have become VMware VCIX-DCV thanks to both Design and Deploy exams.
